of India. To ensure this, we have drafted the following terms of service for the collection, storage, and sharing of customer data:

1. Collection of Customer Data

   We will only collect personal data that is necessary to provide our services and will obtain the explicit consent of our customers before collecting their personal data. We will clearly communicate the purpose of collecting the personal data and allow our customers to withdraw their consent at any time.

2. Storage of Customer Data

   We will store customer data securely and ensure that it is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We will ensure that customer data is stored only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

3. Right to Access and Correction

   We will provide customers with the right to access and correct their personal data held by us. We will respond to customer requests for access and correction within a reasonable time frame and will ensure that the personal data is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Sharing of Customer Data

   We will not share customer data with any third party without obtaining the explicit consent of the customer. In cases where customer data is shared, we will ensure that it is done only with the customer’s explicit consent and that it is shared securely.

5. Data Breach Notification

   In the event of a data breach, we will notify the affected customers and authorities in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Bill of India.
